DESCRIPTION OF PILLSBURY PROPERTY AFTER PROPOSED DIVISION:
That part of Lot 3, Rearrangement of Orono Point, according to the recorded. plat thereof, lying southerly of the following described line and its
extensions:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Lot 3; thence north, along the west line of said Lot 3 to the northwest corner thereof, being the
point of beginning of the line being described; thence southeasterly, at an angle of 64 degrees 33 minutes 30 seconds with the west line of
said Lot 3, to the shore of Lake Minnetonka and there terminating.
We hereby certify that this Is a true and correct representation of a survey of the boundaries of the land above described and of the (,,cation of all
