� A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING
ON EDGEWOOD HILLS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS,pursuant to Resolution No. 3992 of the Council adopted October 27,
1997, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the Edgewood Hills sanitary
sewer improvement, and this report.was received by the Council on January 12, 1998; and
WHEREAS,the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project
is necessary, cost effective, and feasible.
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono,
Minnesota: �
1. The Council will consider the installation of such sanitary sewer improvement in accordance
� with the report and the assessment of abutting properly for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of$169,119.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of February,
1998 in the Council Chambers,2750 Kelley Parkway, at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of January, 1998. .
