RE: Proposed Vacation of right of way abutting 1400 Bracketts Point Road, Orono, Minnesota
The City of Orono received a request to vacate the improved right of way that runs along 1400 Bracketts
Point Road, as depicted on the attached map. The applicant requests the vacation because they wish
to replat this property and relocate the right of way.
The applicant will address any utilities that are located within the existing right of way as they work through
the platting process. Enclosed please find a copy of the area map and parcel information identifying the
proposed vacation area. Please advise whether you have any objections to the vacation as proposed.
This item will be on the January 16th, 2018 Planning Commission meeting agenda for a public hearing.
