SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS PER CITY CODE SECTION 82-200

The undersigned Community Development Director for the City of Orono certifies as follows:
According to City Code Section 82-200, the land subdivision as described in Exhibits A & B and
illustrated as Exhibit C are excepted from the subdivision requirements outlined within Orono
Municipal Code Chapter 82, Article III, Divisions 1 through 4 because it: Is an adjustment of a
lot line by the relocation of a common boundary [Cite Sec. 82-200(a)(4)].

Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of said Outlet A a distance of 26.00 feet

10.00 foot segment having a bearing of South 35 degrees 40 minutes West; thence South 35 degrees
40 minutes West to its intersection with Lake Minnetonka, and said line there ending.

following described line: Beginning at a point on the northwesterly line of Outlot A, Bracketts Point
2nd Addition, a distance of 26.00 feet northeasterly from the most westerly corner of said Outlot A;
thence southeasterly to a point on the southwesterly line of said Outlot B, said point being the
northerly point of the 58.76 foot segment bearing North 54 degrees 20 minutes West as shown on
said plat; thence southwesterly deflecting right 90 degrees to its intersection with Lake Minnetonka
