a point on the southwesterly line of Outlot B, BRACKETTS POINT 2ND ADDITION, said point
being the northerly point of the 58.76 foot segment bearing North 54 degrees 20 minutes
West as shown on said plat; thence North 35 degrees 40 minutes East 40.00 feet to an angle
point in the southwesterly line of said Outlot A; thence northerly to a point on the
northwesterly line of said Outlot A a distance of 50.00 feet northeasterly from the point
of beginning; thence southwesterly along said northwesterly line a distance of 50.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
