On December 14, 2017 your application for vacation of Bracketts Point Road was considered to be complete.
The current deadline for City action on your application based on the application completion date is
February 12, 2018. Because the timing Council has not yet made a decision on your application within the required
deadline, the City is extending for 60 days the time period for City action on application #18-3998 under Minn. Stat. §
15.99, subd. 3(f). Please note the time period for action on this application is hereby extended until April 13, 2018.
Your application is scheduled for the February 20th Planning Commission meeting and the February 26th City Council
