Mr. Benson,
Per your request the City’s Engineer has inspected the Southways site and has determined that the project has
been completed. Therefore, the letter of credit as security for the project may be released in its entirety.
This letter will serve as City of Orono’s authorization to you and to Wells Fargo to release LOC No.
IS000042107U.
