Due to the extended holiday deadline timing the City hereby notifies you that it is <br />extending the time period for City action under Minn. Stat. § 15.99, subd. 3(f). This is a routine <br />extension. The initial 60-day period would end on February 11, 2018; the time period is now hereby <br />extended until April 12, 2018. <br /> <br />The application is scheduled, as planned, for public hearing before the Planning Commission on Tuesday, <br />January 16th at 6:30 PM. You will receive a copy of the Planning Commission agenda and staff memo via <br />email by the end of this week.
