The undersigned personally drew up and tested the water at the
above address on October 1, 1982 and the results were as follows:
Nitrate Nitrogen - per Cadmium Reduction Method - 0.7 mg/1
Surfactant (ABS) - per Methylene Green Method - Negative
E. Coli Bacteria - per U.S.P.H.S. MF Method - Negative
This water does meet these FHA, VA and U.S.P.H.S. specifications.
Field Engineering - Lab Service is authorized to perform these tests
by the Minnesota Environmental Health Division, Well Department.
