'���kE Hp4'�G . . � NO. � � O � `� � � � S . . . , . , A RESOLUTIOlV APPROVING A 1�EAPI']LICATION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DEFE1t1i�NT FOR PATTY LOU CLAPP W�EREA�,the City Council has ordered a local improvement project known as Stubbs Bay 1992 Sanitary Sewer Improvement for which special assessments have been levied against the benefitted properties; and WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No. 1093, Resolution No. 1779, Resolution No. 2864,Resolution No. 3175, and Resolution No. 3 894 which established a policy and procedure for defemng such special assessments for persons 65 years of age or older who have limited income and assets and for whom payment of such special assessment would constitute a financial hardship; and � • ' � WHEREAS, Patty Lou Clapp has made reapplication for deferment of the above noted � special assessment pursuant to the provisions of Resolution Numbers, 1093, 1779, 2864, 3175 and 3894, the original deferment was approved by the City Council on July 26, 1993. Now, therefore, be it resolved, that the City Council of the City of Orono hereby finds that the applicant has demonstrated a hardship consistent with the provisions of Resolution 3894, and �hereby orders deferral of the payment for the levied special assessments as follows: APPLICANT: Patty Lou Clapp ADDRESS: 290 Crestview Avenue � LEVY NO. SH � . This right of deferment is automatically terminated in collection year 2002 or upon the occunence of any one or more of the following conditions, whichever may occur first: . 1. The owner dies and the spouse is not otherwise eligible. 2. The property or any part thereof is sold, transferred, or subdivided; 3. The property should lose its homestead status; or 4.
