I will submit the license application for the desired
dock location. To pay the $500.00 do I send a check for can I pay via credit card?
Ted Hanna will also be submitting an application for the other side of the dock.
Thanks,
Joe
On Wed, Jul 28, 2021 at 10:11 AM Melanie Curtis <MCurtis@ci.orono.mn.us> wrote:
Joe
I have been a bit out of the loop on this application, but understand the Council will be adopting code
language on August 9th to create a license opportunity for docks on city ROW on Big Island. Your
application extension expires on August 15th whereby the City must act on your application or you will
need to request an additional extension. If the City acts on the application at this stage, it would be
with a denial resolution on the August 9th meeting date.

To resolve this you can request an additional extension on the application which I don’t see value in
unless you want to continue with the original request; or you can withdraw application LA20-000017 in
writing (or email).

Please let me know how you wish to proceed.

Hope all is well.
Melanie

Melanie Curtis
(952.249.4627 *mcurtis@ci.orono.mn.us
