NE, Hanover, MN 55341 (763) 498-8779 Cell (612) 296-7715 March 9, 2026 2265 Devin Lane Orono, Hennepin County To whom it may concern, I was contacted by Mark Hanson to check if the existing septic system at the property of 2265 Devin Lane in the City of Orono is an imminent threat to public health. There is no sign of septic effluent surfacing. Therefore, it is not an imminent threat to public health at this time. The pump to the existing mound system is unplugged on 3/08/2026. The system is now a holding tank system. This is a compliant septic system. There is an alarm in the third 1000- gallon tank that will trigger a warning light and a buzzer in the house when the tank fills up with approximately 300-gallons. That means you have approximately 700-gallons time for the owner to call the pumper to come out and empty the tanks. There is a design to fix the existing septic system. Once it is repaired it will be a compliant mound septic system. If you have any questions please call. Sincerely Joseph J. Olson
