Very little work has been done on the property since it was purchased and built on in 2006.
Therefore, we would like to develop it for easier and better usage. Consequently, we are proposing 3
items: 1) A shed (very much needed) 2) A Sport Court (very much desired) and 3) A driveway for our John
Deere Gator (needed to stop driving over the septic system).
Shed
The shed is needed for a riding lawn mower, John Deere Gator (need for porting the elderly,
mothers with infants and young children, groceries, furniture, etc. up the hill), and lawn care tools.
We propose to put it in on the NE corner of the hill as it will be out of the way of Janet Fieger to
our NW. We have no neighbors to the east and Ericksons are quite a distance 1500 feet) to the North who
we can't see their home anyway as heir huge pole building blocks the view.
It is also far enough away from Tom Roff to the West that he will not even be able to see it. (No
visible impairment from him.) We have no other adjoining neighbors' homes. All our neighbors have
sheds. Ericksons have a large pole building.
Gator Driveway
Right now, our "driveway" for the Gator is a dirt path (worn from use). We would like to make it
more aesthetically pleasing to all who boat by as well as ourselves and our property. It can only be placed
just off the property line (5' or so) due to the septic system.
Sport Court
Ideally, we would like the Sport Court to be placed down by the lake but planners Laura and
Melanie didn't feel like they could recommend it in that location even though it would be North and West
oI the set back lines from the lake on the South and the wetlands on the East.)
We could, however, be happy with it by the house per their recommendation.
