Narrative of Project <br />Very little work has been done on the property since it was purchased and built on in 2006. <br />Therefore, we would like to develop it for easier and better usage. Consequently, we are proposing 3 <br />items: 1) A shed (very much needed) 2) A Sport Court (very much desired) and 3) A driveway for our John <br />Deere Gator (needed to stop driving over the septic system). <br />Shed <br />The shed is needed for a riding lawn mower, John Deere Gator (need for porting the elderly, <br />mothers with infants and young children, groceries, furniture, etc. up the hill), and lawn care tools. <br />We propose to put it in on the NE corner of the hill as it will be out of the way of Janet Fieger to <br />our NW. We have no neighbors to the east and Ericksons are quite a distance 1500 feet) to the North who <br />we can't see their home anyway as heir huge pole building blocks the view. <br />It is also far enough away from Tom Roff to the West that he will not even be able to see it. (No <br />visible impairment from him.) We have no other adjoining neighbors' homes. All our neighbors have <br />sheds. Ericksons have a large pole building. <br />Gator Driveway <br />Right now, our "driveway" for the Gator is a dirt path (worn from use). We would like to make it <br />more aesthetically pleasing to all who boat by as well as ourselves and our property. It can only be placed <br />just off the property line (5' or so) due to the septic system. <br />Sport Court <br />Ideally, we would like the Sport Court to be placed down by the lake but planners Laura and <br />Melanie didn't feel like they could recommend it in that location even though it would be North and West <br />oI the set back lines from the lake on the South and the wetlands on the East.) <br />We could, however, be happy with it by the house per their recommendation. <br />
