HomeMy WebLinkAboutIncomplete Letter 5.27.20 May 27, 2020 REQUEST FOR FURTHER INFORMATION SUBJECT: Zoning Application #LA20-000036 The City of Orono is required to notify you within fifteen (15) business days as to the status of your application for setback variances for property located at 560 Big Island. Below is a list of items the City of Orono is requesting to complete our review: 1) Shed Construction Plans. Please include construction plans for the proposed shed. This should include to-scale footprint and elevation views, the roof pitch/height and foundation detail. 2) Hardcover Calculations. All proposed hardcover shall be calculated on the hardcover worksheets that are enclosed. The hardcover calculations must be completed by your surveyor. 3) Septic Location. Please include a site plat which indicate the current installed location of the septic system. Application #LA20-000036 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the items requested above by Friday June 5, 2020 in order to remain on the June 15, 2020 Planning Commission agenda.
