Below is a list of items the City <br />of Orono is requesting to complete our review: <br /> <br />1) Shed Construction Plans. Please include construction plans for the proposed shed. This should <br />include to-scale footprint and elevation views, the roof pitch/height and foundation detail. <br />2) Hardcover Calculations. All proposed hardcover shall be calculated on the hardcover worksheets <br />that are enclosed. The hardcover calculations must be completed by your surveyor. <br />3) Septic Location. Please include a site plat which indicate the current installed location of the septic <br />system. <br /> <br />Application #LA20-000036 is incomplete. If you wish to proceed with your application please submit the <br />items requested above by Friday June 5, 2020 in order to remain on the June 15, 2020 Planning <br />Commission agenda.
