I have attached the site plan you submitted last week noting a <br />new lower deck. I have also attached the variance site plan showing the shed and sport <br />court. I need an updated site plan on the survey showing ALL of your proposed projects on <br />one plan. I have concerns that the lower deck will be within the 75’ lakeyard setback and <br />over/ within the septic setback. <br /> <br />I need to have an updated site plan and hardcover calculations for your variance <br />application by TUESDAY at 9AM in order to remain on the July Planning Commission <br />Agenda. <br /> <br />Please let me know if you have any other questions. <br /> <br />Laura Oakden <br />Planner <br />City of Orono
