I don’t see any changed to your variance application. I am waiting on uploaded site plan, construction plans and hardcover calculations for your proposed improvements. The deadline to get on the September Planning Commission agenda was last week August 19th. I am wondering if you are still interested in moving forward with your application. If not, please let me know and we can proceed with withdrawing your application. If you would like to move forward the next deadline is September 23, 2020 which would put you on a October planning commission meeting. Let me know if you have any questions. If you are looking for more information regarding Septic system rules you will need to discuss this with Roger. There was a deadline of July 24 for submittal to get you on the August Planning Commission meeting. That deadline has passed. Do you have a scope of work/ site plan prepared with all of you requested improvements? If so I need it by the end of the day today. If you don’t have this prepared, I cannot put you on the August PC Agenda and we can discuss deadlines for the September meeting. I am working from home. I have attached the site plan you submitted last week noting a new lower deck. I have also attached the variance site plan showing the shed and sport court. I need an updated site plan on the survey showing ALL of your proposed projects on one plan. I have concerns that the lower deck will be within the 75’ lakeyard setback and over/ within the septic setback. I need to have an updated site plan and hardcover calculations for your variance application by TUESDAY at 9AM in order to remain on the July Planning Commission Agenda. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
