The new owner has been allowed to make limited structural charges pending forma] approval of this conditional use permit (see enclosed building permit). Note the permit has not allowed the installation of kitchen facilities. The standards setforth by the ordinance for guest house requires additional area and width to support an additional residential unit. The property must have a minimum of 2 acres and at least 200' of width. Staff can see no p.-oblem with this standard being met.
