Additionally we need an updated existing and proposed hardcover accounting; please use the City’s

Please provide by September 4th to remain on the September agenda for PC.

Hi Kevin,
We have met the Harkers and look forward to welcoming them to our Bohns Point neighborhood.
We fully support their application for a variance for their boathouse. As parents, we, too, recognize
the need for safety, especially when near the water. The plans depict a structure that will certainly
enhance the appearance of the boathouse along the shoreline, while providing a classic and
enduring amenity on their property. We recommend approval of this variance application.
