The granite boulders are not only a better structural material for this wall replacement, but they also match aesthetically with the existing retaining walls on neighboring properties. The existing concrete retaining wall will be demo-ed and disposed of off-site. The new proposed granite boulder wall will be constructed in accordance with the engineering specifications detailed out by Criterium-Schimnowski Engineers.
