RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
THE CITY OF ORONO TO ENTER INTO A
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH MN/DOT
RELATED TO KENODI POND MAINTENANCE ANIS OPERATION
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No.
85230 with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for maintenance and operation by the City of Kenobi Pond as
defined in said Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Administrator are
authorized to execute the Agreement
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting
held this 14th day of November, 2005.
