A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING -
CONSULTING ENGINEERING AGREEMENT WITH �
HDR ENGINEERING,INC.TO CONDUCT
A NOISE AND VIBRATION STUDY
FOR THE HIGHWAY 12 CORRIDOR PROJECT �
WHEREAS,proposals have been requested from consulting firms for conducting .
, a noise and vibration study for the Highway 12 corridor; and �
W�iEREAS, HDR Engineering, Inc. has submitted a proposal for a noise and
vibration study; and
VV�IEREAS,the proposal has been reviewed by the City of Orono,the City of Long
Lake, and MnlDOT engineering staff; and
• WHEREAS,HDR Engineering,Inc. appears to be qualified to perform the services
mentioned above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Orono that it hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Administrator to enter into an agreement with
HDR Engineering,Inc.to conduct a noise and vibration study for the Highway 12 corridor project.
Adopted by the CiTy Council of the City of Orono,Minnesota at a regular meeting
held this l Oth day of August, 1998.
