Any addition to the house, obviously, would require that at least a portion of the addition also be lakeside of this setback line . Locating the proposed pool landward of this line would require a large amount of fill and re-contouring of the "valley" located just to the north of the proposed garage addition, and the resulting loss of a number of mature trees.
