sewer improvements in the Shorline Drive, Heritage Drive and Herita.ge Lane improvement areas, ;
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; and � � '
W�E�A.S, it appears that G. L. Contracting, Inc.,,Medina, Minnesota is the
lowest responsible bidder.

• . .� 1.� The Mayor and. Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
. construction contract with G. L. Contracting, Inc., Minneapolis, Mi.nnesota., in the
name of the City of Orono for the i.nstallation of sanitary sewer i.mprovements in
the Shoreline Drive, Heritage Drive and Heritage Lane areas according to the plans
, and spec�cations therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the off'ice
of the City Clerk in the amount of $279,194.07 which includes.change order
number one. � �
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders
� � --� the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successfiil bidder
and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
