In addition, the Cauncil has reviewed said lands and pursuasit to Minnesota Statutes 85.021, 92.461, Subd. 8, 232.01 S, Subd. 1 or 282.018, Subd. 2; and ��I���.EAS, there are outstanding assessments on the property in amount of$10,494.21; and ' �6'JF�R�AS, the City has been successful in eliminating the commercial use of tl�e property, " and it is important that corrunercial uses continue to be prohibited from the property,particulariy marina related uses; and VVI3EI2�A5, the past petroleum contamiiiation on the parcel creates probleins related to combiuing the parcel with an adjacent residential parcel.
