SUBJECT: Nature Conservancy - Ferndale Marsh
Mr. Goodrich Lowry has made application to divide off the marsh
portion of four properties along West Ferndale Road. This is to
be divided so the four properties retain their R-IB status after
the division. I am enclosing a copy of the half -section map
showing the area.
The lettershr. Lowry sent to the Village are self-explanatory as
to the intent of the division and Mr. Lowry will be at the meeting
to answer questions submitted.
I was advised by the Village Attorney to use 'Municipal Ordinance
No. 132 for each parcel divided.
