the subject permit application was reviewed along with the following exhibits:
1. Permit Application 86-21 received February 20, 1986.
2. Typical cross section of the rip rap placement, dated February 7, 1986,
prepared by Bill Hiccum.
3. Site map of the project area, undated, unsigned.
The Board approved the permit application as submitted.
This document is your permit from the MCWD. It is valid for one (1) year. If
construction is not complete w4thin one (1) year, ar extension must be
requested. Please contact the District at 473-4224 when the project is about
to commence so an inspector may view the work in progress.
