Dear Mr. McCaffrey:
This will advise you that the Minnehaha Creek Wate-r-)ed
District Board of Managers, meeting January 17, 19 ,,
has approved the subject request for a setback variance.
The variance will allow a 40-foot setback for a residence
to be built on parts of Lot 9 and Lot 10, North Shore
Cottage Acres on Brown's Bay of Lake Minnetonka in the
City of Orono.
