A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING
ON HEAD PROPERTY,2090 SHORELINE DRIVE,
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT �
WI�REAS,pursuant to Resolution No. 415 2 of the Council adopted August 24,
1998, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the Head Properry, 2090
Shoreline Drive,sanitary sewer improvement,and this report was received by the Council on August
24, 1998; and
WHEREAS,the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project
is necessary, cost effective, and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono,
• Minnesota: � �
1. The Council will consider the installation of such sanitary sewer improvement in accordance
with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all of the cost of the improvement
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of$54,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 28th day of September,
1998 in the Council Chambers,2750 Kelley Parkway, at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council this 24th day of August, 1998.
