A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PROPOSED 1998
TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1999
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono, County of Hennepin,
Minnesota,that the following sums; as reduced by HACA,be levied for the current year, collectible
in 1999 upon the taxable property in the City of Orono,for the following purposes:
General Fund - Operating $1,818,690
PIR Fund -Infrastructure Replacement(Storm Sewer) 45,000
PIR Fund -Infrastructure Replacement(Road) 35,450
Park Fund -Land Acquisition and Development 5,000
G.O. Sewer Improvement Bond 1992 45,000
G.O. Improvement Bond 1997 10,000
• G.O. Refunding Bond 1995 - (Debt Fund) 30,000 �
G.O. Refunding Bond 1995 - (Operating Funds) 100,000
Public Facilities Revenue Bond 1991 -HRA 250,000
TOTAL ALL LEVIES $2,339.140
The City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the
County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held
September 14, 1998.
