A RESOLUTION RELATING TO
PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON
. FERNDALE ROAD NORTH
S.A.P. 152-110-01 from Trurik Highway No. 12 to County State Aid Highway No. 6 in the City of Orono, ,
Minnesota.
THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 12th day of October, 1998, by the City of Orono in
Hennepin County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City",
WITNESSETH:
WI�REAS,the "City" has planned the improvement of Ferndale Road North(MSAS 110)
from Trunk Highway No. 12 to County State Aid Highway No. 6.
• WHEREAS,the "City",will be expecting Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement �
of this Street, and ,
WHEREAS,this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides
of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must
therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS THEREBY RESOLVED, that the "City", shall ban the
parking of motor vehicles on Ferndale Road North(MSAS 110) at all times.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,Minnesota at a regular meeting held October 12,
1998.
