Lots 4 and 6, except the West 69.00 feet of said Lots 4 and 6, all in Block 3, <br /> MARKVILLE, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin Counry, Minnesota; <br /> (hereinafter "property"); and <br /> WI�REAS, per Section 10.20, Subdivision 3, the applicant has made application <br /> � to the City to allow for a tipi to be lacated on the progerty as an accessory structure, subordinate <br /> to the principal structure, in conjunction with the Kid's Art School, a tenant in the building. <br /> .
