Melamed 885 West Ferndale Road Wayzata, Minnesota 55391 Dr, W. R. Lindberg 865 West Ferndale Road Wayzata, Minnesota 55391 Dear Mr. Melamed and Dr. Lindberg: This letter is to advise you that the Orono City Council has conceptually approved your request to extend the Wayzata sewer system to serve your homes. You should be prepared to address the City of Wayzata to gain their conceptual approval also. If Wayzata does agree, the attached Sewer Agreement should then be signed and returned to Orono. This agreement is a typical form used by Orono and Wayzata in similar situations. The next step is for you to retain a Minnesota licensed civil engineer to design the extention, and a licensed contractor to install the work. Detailed requirements are specified in the attached Developer's Agreement. You must sign and return this document to the City of Orono before actual construction permits can be issued. Sincerely, Alan P. Olson Village Planner APO:kh Encs. cc: Mr. Walter R. Benson
