We are writing to you concerning the two Orono properties at Q65
+eat Ferndale Road (owner, '`r. 11% R. Lindberg) and °l .lest : ernesle
Road (owner, l•'r. 1'aurice L. P'elan,ed). These properties are side by
side, P6`) being adjacent to the City of .1eyzata. `•layzatals sewer and
water lines core up to that point.
;he two aforeirentioned properties lie to the east of a bridge crossing,
an inlet to Lake t'innetonka, thereby masking the possibility of receiving
sewer service fror Orono unlikely. The Linc'Ler& property is experiencing
?ifficulty with the ,Irainfield and would have severe probleirs meeting
the pollution control standards in putting in a new drainfieV because of
the lowness of the area.
Igor these reasons, we would like to �eternine the feasibility of joining
these two properties to the '.;ayzate sewer system:.
