(35.1%) hardcover in the 250-SQO' lakeshore setback ' where 30% is allowed and 2,028 s.f. (32.9%) exists. � NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, ' Minnesota: . FINDINGS � 1.
