A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE THAT THE
PART-TIME POSITION HELD BY
ANTHONY A.WITTKE
IS THAT OF A POLICE OFFICER
, WHEREAS,that Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund excludes
part-time police officers unless a resolution is adopted by the governing body to establish eligibility
for coverage in the Police and Fire Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Hennepin County, Minnesota that effective November 10, 1998, the position Anthony A. Wittke
holds is that of a police officer as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 353.64, Subdivision 2,
• pursuant to which said employee shall become a member of the Public Employees Retirement
Association Police and Fire Fund:
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held
November 9, 1998.
