The site evaluation report for the Brooks application has been submitted
aril rcvictred. Soils were found to be suitable for a standard drainfield
cy:,tcm. ' I.Sy boring on the site verified the soil types indicated in the
rcv or4. Tho lot with the existing home has ample area for future
drainfield should it ever become necessary. I would recommend approval
of ttie subdivision. If all of Orono had soils such as found on this
:Tito, we would have few sept3c system problems throughout the City.
