� A RESOLUTION ORI)ERING
PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECI�"ICATIONS
� FOR FOX RIDGE AREA
SArTITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
WHEa2EAS,the City of Orono is a municipal corporation existing under the laws
of the State of Minnesota; and '
� WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a feasibility study to determine the
feasibility of serving the Fox Ridge neighborhood with sanitary sewer; and
� W�iEIt�AS, on June 14, 1999 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4307
receiving the feasibility report and calling for a public hearing for Fox Ridge sanitary sewer
improvements; and �
• WI�REAS,ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing
was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 12th day of July, 1999, at which all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportiuuty to be heazd thereon.
NOW, TIi�RE�ORE, BE I'T I2�SOLVL�'D that the Orono City Council does
hereby direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the installation of sanitary
sewer for the Fox Ridge neighborhood.
Adopted by the City Council at a regulaz meeting held on July 12, 1999 by a vote of
5 ayes and o nays.
