PREPARA.TION OF PI.ANS AND SPECIFTCATIOIVS
FOR WEBBER HI�„LS AREA
SA1vITAgtY SEWER IlVIPROVEMENTS �
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation e�sting under the laws
of the State of Minnesota; and
V6�HEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a feasibility study to deternune the
. feasibility of serving the Webber.Hills neighborhood with sanitary sewer; and
WHEREAS, on May 10, 1999 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4287 .
receiving the feasibility report and calling for a public hearing for Webber Hills sanitary sewer
improvements; and
� • . WHEI2EAS,ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing �
was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 28th day of June, .1999, at which all persons
desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
� NOW, 'Y'HER�FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council does �
hereby direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the installation of sanitary
sewer for the Webber Hills neighborhood.
Adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on 7une 28, 1999 by a vote
of 5 ayes and o nays. •
