A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING
ON FOX RIDGE SA1vITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS,pursuant to Resolution No� `� o �of the Council adopted June 14,
1999,a report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the Fox RidgC s�uu<<uy ��w��
improvement, and this report was received by the Council on June 14, 1999; and
WHEREAS,the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project
� is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. � �
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEID by the City Council of Orono,
' Minnesota.:
� 1. The Council will consider the installation of such sanitary sewer improvement iri accordance �
with the report and tile assessment ot abutting property for aIl or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of$190,Ouu.

2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of July, 1999
in the Council Chambers,2780 Kelley Parkway,at 7:00 p.m.and the Clerk shall give mailed
and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council this 14th day of June, 1999.
