I am the owner of the above described
property consisting of 2z acres according to my
measurements.
The Episcopal Church at the intersection
of North Ferndale and County Road 6 is interested
in buying the north one-half acre of my land to
be used for expansion of its parking lot.
I am aware that the church will have to
petition the city council for permission to do
this. In the event this is granted I want to know
if there is anything in the Orono building code
that will affect i_he sale of my remaining two
acres as a building site as the result of di.i.ding
my parcel of land into two pieces.
