This adult must provide a telephone number to the owner and shall be accessible to the owner by telephone at all times. 5.A minimum of two off-street parking spaces shall be provided. The maximum number of vehicles allowed at a rental property shall be limited to the number of available off-street parking spaces. 6.The owner of a rental property shall provide sufficient trash collection containers and service to meet the demands of the occupants. 7.Rental terms may not be shorter than 30 days.
