DATES CONTRACTORS City Ordinance No. 210 requires that each on -site sewage treatment system in Orono be inspected on a regular basis. The on -sit - sewage treatment system at the above address has been inspected and appears to fall into the category checked below. Appears to be operating properly. 02 Does not meet all current City standards for new construction 11978 Code) but in mat respects appears to be designed, located, and constructed generally in accordance with previous codes.
