City Ordinance No. 210 requires that each onaite wage treatment system in Orono be inspected on a regular basis. The on -site to
treatment system at the above address has been inspected and appears to fall into the category checked below.

properly.

❑ Solids accumulation in tanks is at a critical level. Tanks
should be pumped out as soon as possible.
❑ System is ditwharging to surface. Tanks must be pumped
within 48 hours to eliminate surface discharge.
❑ Inspection risers misting —tanks could not be inspected.
Inspection risers (4" die. pipe) must be installed in each tank
at next pumpout. If tanks haw not town pumped out within
the last three veers, they should be pumped out now.
❑ Inspection pipe is located directly over tank baffle. IDon not
give accurate measurement of solids accumulation.) If tanks
hove not been pumped out within the last three veers, thery
should be pumped out,
Drainfield inspection indicates:
❑ Dminfield is dry, no surfacing evident.
❑ Some evidence of surfacing, not critics! vet.
® Dminfield is saturated and visibly discharging untreated
effluent to the surface. This condition may regain replaca-
merit or additions to drainfield. Contact the City iispector
immitichateiv. Repairs must be completed within 90 devs.
