DRAINAGE AND UTILITIES EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this 294- day of AjovemgeWt- , 199, by and
between Theodore Q. Feig and Judith V. Feig hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor(s)", and the City of Orono, a municipal corporation, under the
laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
MITHESSETH, that Grantor(s), in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00) and for other good and valuable consideration given by
Grantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged by Grantor(s), do(es) hereby
grant, bargain, sell and convey to grantee, its uccessors and assigns, a
perpetual easement for drainage purposes ano for construction and
maintenance of utilities, together with ingress, egress and access thereto,
on, across and under the land in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, as follows:
Exhibit "A" attached
The Owner does covenant that the owner is in possession of the
above described property and easement and has lawfull right and authority,.
to convey and grant the easement herein granted.
A survey showing the location of said easement is attached hereto
as Exhibit B.
State Deed Tax Due Hereon: Exempt
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Owner has hereunto set owner's hands the

granted to the City of Orono by Theodore Q. Feig and Judith V. Feig.
That portion of the following described easement:
"An easement for drainage and utility purposes being 10 feet in width. The
cente,7 line of said easement is described as commencing at the northeast
corner of Lot 1, Block 1, LAURENT ADDITION; thence on an assumed bearing of
South 89 degrees 58 minutes 33 seconds West along the northerly line of
said Lot 1, a distance of 53.86 feet to the point of beginirg of the center
line to be described; thence South 4 degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds West, a
distance of 237.00 feet; thenct South 34 degrees 28 minutes 58 seconds
West, a distance of 167.77 feet; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 3C
seconds West, a distance of 69.2E feet to a west line of Lot 2, Block 1,
LAURENT ADDITION; said west line being 225.59 feet in length and said
center line there terminating."
