The issue was the pending divorce of one of Mr. Johnson's <br />children, Kristin L. Vangsness. <br />I have now received, and will shortly be faxing to Ms. Ethen , copies of documents evidencing the completion of Ms . <br />Vangsness's divorce in Calilfornia. I believe this clears the way for completing the transaction. <br />Ms. Ethen, please review -and update ifnecessary-Guaranty Title's commitment numbers 51244 -1, 51244 -2 51244 -3, <br />and 51244 -4. I will revise Ms. Vangsness's name in the conveyance documents and easements previously submitted. Then, <br />after confirming that the City and Guaranty Title are ready to proceed, I will have the documents executed and set this matter <br />on for City approval before October 22. <br />I appreciate your continued cooperation and assistance in concluding this matter. <br />Christopher J.
