❑ Inspection pipe is located directly over tank baffle. (Does not
give accurate measurement of solids accumulation.) If tanks
have not been pumped out within the last three Years. they
should be pumped out now.
Drainfield inspection indicates:
❑ Drainfield is dry, no surfacing atoidet.
❑ Some evidence of surfacing, not critical yet.
❑ Drainfield is saturated and visibly dischargirq untreated
effluent to the surface. This condition may require replace -
met or additions to d►ainfield. Contact the City Inspector
imnrhedietely. Repairs must be completed within 90 days.
