Section 10.22, Subd. 2 and Section 10.56, Subd. 16 (L)(2): Lakeshore Hardcover <br /> Requirements: Within 75'to 250'of the shoreline there shall be no greater than 25% <br /> hardcover. To permit a hardcover variance to allow 5,841 square feet (39.26%), <br /> where 5,201 squaze feet(34.96%) exists,and 3,719.5 squaze feet(25%)is allowed. <br /> 2. Section 10.22, Subd. 1(B) and Section 10.56, Subd. 16(C)(6): Average Lakeshore <br /> Setback: No principal or accessory structure shall be located closer to the lakeshore <br /> than the average distance from the shoreline of existing residence buildings on <br /> adjacent lots,except this does not apply to stairways,lifts,landings, and lockboxes. <br /> The average lakeshore setback line shall be a straight line connecting the most <br /> � lakeward protrusions of the residence buildings on the immediately adjacent <br /> • Page 1 of 5 <br />
