HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 4411 � �� . _ � � O� • O O �b � CITY of ORONO � � � G'ti • RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL �9kESH�4�' NO. � �. � °� RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY PLAN ADJUSTMENTS FOR NON-UNION CITY EMPLOYEES FOR 2000 WHEREAS,the City Administrator is responsible for annually presenting a pay schedule for City employees,with the exception of employees covered by collective bargaining agreements: and WHEREAS,the City Administrator has presented the City Council with said pay schedule � for calendar and budget year 2000,which pay schedule is attached hereto and hereby made a part of this resolution; and WHEREAS,sufficient funds have been appropriated in the proposed 2000 Annual Budget to fund the recommended pay schedule and such other matters of compensation as herein specified. � NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,by the Orono City Council as follows: 1. That the 2000 employee pay schedule;reflecting a 2.0%pay adjustment effective 1- 1-2000,a 1%pay adjustment effective 7-1-2000,and market-based pay adjustments; . attached hereto and made a part thereof, is approved. 2. That the City's contribution toward the cost of employee group insurance increase to a maximum of$370.00 per month. � 3. That City employees using their own vehicles for approved work related business shall be compensated at a rate of$.325 per mile. Adopted by the Council this l Oth day of January, 2000.
